I am still working on mine. I count calories, do a lot of zumba- some pilates and weights and trying to drink my water. Sadly, I seem to be losing everything BUT the "gut" haha...eventually it will have to go though!
The gut is always my last area to flatten and tighten. I watch what I eat, eat as clean as possible. I recently finished turbo fire and I lost 16 inches, most of them from my waist and hips. I am smaller then I was before I got pregnant with my second child and I am now 8 months post partum. Good luck.
