Do you count calories from when you wake up until you go to sleep as one day? For example I wake up st 10am eat breakfast then go to work, get home at 11:30pm and work out then ill eat again after that. I have been counting it as same day calories...does this matter? Of do I have to log it as the next day since it is past midnight?
