Leftover pot roast with potatoes (I ate all the carrots out of it last night lol) and onions. I also added a couple tablespoons of flaxseed to the broth as well as French onion soup mix.
I'm also eating raw carrots dipped in hummuce.

If I can get a snack later (I'm at work) I will have a cheese stick, chobani Greek yogurt with 1tsp of flaxseed meal and a banana dipped in a mixture of peanut butter, 1tsp flaxseed meal, and 1/4 scoop of chocolate caramel protein powder.
