Pork chops cooked in the crock pot all day with a tiny bit of brown gravy, baked sweet potato and all the oven roasted cauliflower I could cram in.

And now I'm hungry again.

4 ounces of corned beef, 99g boiled cabbage and 104g mashed potatoes.  and 1 crescent roll.
