I'm 41, and have hit 180lbs:( I am going to get back in shape. My goal is to get back down to my ideal weight of 125-130 lbs. I really want to start setting a good example for my children by starting to eat right and take better care of myself. Pulling up classes at the YMCA tomorrow. Maybe start with some yoga or beginner palates to start.
