Ok so I am 10lbs over my highest weight an that is including preggers weight's so I am over 100 lbs over weight an I need to change things!! Is there a ticker rule thing to keep track of progress like they have for preggers? I started today eating kes working out more....

Check out myfitnesspal.com.  They have them there!  Plus, you can log all your stuff there, and there are forums.  It's free, too!  They have apps as well.

I agree!!! Myfitnesspal is awesome. I found it easy to use. Even downloaded the app on my smartphone.
