I will add pics of my fitness pal screens. I'm not loosing at all. I exercise 3 x week. I eat very healthy I'm a vegetarian. I eat eggs and milk. I limit carbs and eat high protein.

I cant really read those numbers on mfp but from what i can see you are not eating enough at ALL! how many calories are eating per day?

And you need to add in a lot more fresh vegetables and fruits. Have you calculated your BMR to see how many calories you should be eating?

breakfast-- Protein shake 284 calories -Milk, protein powder, banana and peanut butter
Lunch- 148 calories rice, lentils, carrots and peas
Dinner-214 rice and black beans
Snack- 341. blueberries
Protein shake

So on a typical day, you starve yourself to death with under 1,000 calories?
No wonder you aren't loosing. You are malnourished, that's no way to go. Wow. Girl you need to eat. As in, you need to get up right now and go eat something and then you need to revisit your entire eating plan.

I can't eat anymore in a day seriously I'm not hungry and I force myself to eat sometimes when I'm not even hungry.
