At my gym they have this calculator thing they punch in your height and weight and you grip the handles and it tells you your bmi and your fat%. I don't know what it's called. She does my measurements once a month and yesterday my bmi was down but fat was up. I lost 6 pounds. I'm confused. I know a decent about about bmi but not fat. I'm working out 5-6 times a week so how is my fat going up. Any help from you ladies that know better than me?
