Yay! This was practice 2 for the day. Practice 1 ended when I fell over and smashed my foot on my coffee table. It still hurts and it is swollen but since this pose doesn't require feet I was ok ;)
My biggest issue with this pose is the fear I have of breaking my neck. It only lasts for a second but its scary! I think that's why im working on poses that scare me so much now, I want to become stronger mentally.
Each day this pose easier and I can hold it longer.
