I was wondering if any of you have used body wraps after loosing weight to help tone and tighten your skin? Of so what was your experience and do you recommend them?

They do work!!!! But just like anything else you have to work to keep it off. It is a detox that shrinks the fat cells.

I know that. I do eat right and exersise daily and have lost 47.5 pounds with that. I just wanted a little extra help for my belly area and was wondering if these really work.

1 mom liked this

I would really recommend staying away.  At best, they offer very temporary results, but they can also dehydrate you and throw off your fluid and electrolyte balance, which can be very dangerous.  They're a waste of money.  I would do some searches through posts in here- we've talked a lot about them.

I wouldn't want to wear something like that every night for weeks. How sexy is that? I don't think so.

I am a massage therapist. I use them on my husband. I do a massage on him and then put the wrap on for 45 minutes.. I took before and after pics. We are only on the second wrap., I don't think they are worth the money I would recommend plain old Saran Wrap.,, and an essential oil. The one I used was eucalyptus oil,
