tired and sleepy

Okay, i start my days off okay and even sometimes great then i get so so so sleepy and end up eating to get myself awake. I know the simple thing is just dont eat unless youre hungry but i struggle with that....

Help! Tips?advise?

Might have to do with your food choices...Also are you getting enough sleep as well?

I think I am getting enough sleep 6-9 hrs depending on the day.

I have found I get sleepy no matter what I eat...

Do you exercise?  How do you eat?  By that I mean what kinds of foods do you eat over the course of the day?

I occasionally have to eat to stay awake, which I HATE, because it's a big trigger for me, but I will absolutely fall asleep in my textbooks sometimes if I don't.  I do things like air-popped popcorn, cherry tomatoes, small pieces of cereal (pre-measured!), berries, baby carrots in hummus, etc, and I try to eat them slowly.
