2012 I worked really hard on a healthier me. 2013 I am dedicating to a healthy family. My husband and I both lost about 25 lbs last year but we didn't do anything to help our kids learn healthy habits.
My goal is to get 4 servings if vegetables in my kids a day and replace unhealthy snacks with fruit and other better options. Dh and I have agreed to only allow 1 hour of tv a day and as the wether gets warmer we plab on taking the kids outside to play for an hour every day. We have also started having daily dance parties after supper.
I am hoping to really tone my stomach and arms this year, I am not happy with them just yet.
I am also making small changes in our diet. We have traded chili for zezty black bean soup, I have been blending vegetables and putting them in our main dishes so refusing them will be less optional.
