I was going to a class 3 days z week it was nice because I was with other moms but I think I am going to just work out at home from now on.. So tomorrow I'm going to start Jillian michaels 30 day shred every morning at 7 am

 Have you tried her Yoga Meltdown DVD? I have that one and its awesome. supposedly you can loose 5lbs a week doing that every day a week

How long is it??? I like the idea of Losing that much I have about 50 lbs to go, but I also have an 8 month old

That sounds like a good workout .I have been wanting to do it myself . I havebeen doing aerobicsand stretching at like 4:45 in the morning . I like jilian i think she is a grate motivater .
