I just did my resting heart rate quite a few times and it ranges from 48-50. This is what it was last year when I was starting week 4 of insanity and I went to the ER for passing out after donating blood. The entire 2 hours I was in the ER it was between 44-50. So I know this is pretty accurate. I've done it about 9 times now lol.
What are your resting heart rates?
I'm also going to test it when I wake up in the morning. This was right after brushing my teeth and laying in bed for 5 minutes.

70s-80s. I'm pregnant so my HR is up a bit higher than non pregnancy but that's normal considering the increased blood volume to accomodate baby :)
