Oatmeal, and water to drink. Not very exciting I'm afraid!
I think I am going to do some eggs, veggies, and skirt steak from last night...
I did everything except the eggs, since I already had the steak for the protein -
For veggies, I had spinach, zucchini, yellow bell pepper, and onion sauteed in 1tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 small avacado with a little tomato and red onion
1 small corn on the cob (I cut the corn off the cob and added it to my stir fry)
About 640 cals alltogether..
hubby wanted to go to breakfast- went to IHOP...I'm guessing it was around 900 or so cal. for what I ate ( coffee some hash browns- 2 eggs- and about half of the french toast with apples on it)
I then went to zumba and hip hop cardio- total of 2 hours. *hopefully, it worked it off! Gonna try not to go over calories by much anyway...ugh
