I weighed in this morning at 161.8
That's the lowest I've been so far this year, hoping to keep the number shrinking. Weird thing is, I haven't worked out at all this week.
I had made a goal to lose 10 pounds from january 1st until feb 26th. I only lost about 4 pounds in that time, but that's progress... my next goal is to be down 15 pounds total by mother's day.
