exercise ?

Ok so I knoe have my healthy eating and portions under control I am ready to focus on exercise now. I am doing a 5k in may so I need to train for that. But I am lost on hoe to set up a program. I have a treadmill, a weight machine, a few free weights, a ball, I also have jm 30 day shred and taebo videos. Does anyone have suggestions on what kind of things I should be doing. I wanna lose weight and tone up. Thank you

Couch to 5k is a great program. There is a C25K for treadmill too.

There is a program called Couch to 5K.  It is 8-9 weeks depending on which one you follow.  If you have an android or iPhone, you can download the app and usually for free (at least for iPhone, I never looked on android).  I have come across a couple adjusted for a treadmill, but it would be best for you to get outside and do it since that is probably where you will be doing the 5K.

As for doing other workouts I would say 30 Day Shred would help.

I would love to get outdoors, but live in montana still pretty cool in the am when I have a chance to workout. I cant wait to get outside.
