Small attainable goals ideas please

So... I am trying to add one small attainable goal each week to my fitness goals and my eating goals. I have eliminated diet pop from my diet COMPLETELY! YEAH ME! I'm really proud because I honestly didn't think I would be able to do it. I also recently added lifting weights to my fitness and have stuck with that. The scale is not changing but that is okay. I put a shirt on the other day and could really tell a difference in the stomach area. So... I was wondering if you guys could give me some other ideas that are small but have a huge impact. These changes could either be a fitness change or a diet change. Doing a complete overhaul all at once is pointless because sticking with it is impossible BUT if I can just incorporate one change and stick with it and add another and so on I think it will make a "life" time difference so ideas... GO... :)

baby steps are ESSENTIAL to succesful weight loss; the more you accomplish, the better you feel which leads to taking on more challenges which results in totally kicking ass!! it's how i did it and how i hit all of my goals  :)

other baby steps:

1) cut out sweets/junk food.

2) cook every dinner

3) cook every lunch

4) workout for 30mins 5x/week.  increase that by 5mins each day

I'd add in 5 more veggie servings per day!
Carry water with you everywhere, and drink X number of bottles per day.

Here is an idea you might be able to incorporate into your daily routine....

While you are at the computer reading these posts, you can take that five minutes to do some stretching of your abdominal muscles by twisting from side to side..sidways and then like the ballerina, elbow to hip.

My final fitness goals for this week were:

Diet: NO fast food

Fitness: up my cardio days to 60 mins

I REALLY know that my goal should be to stop drinking coffee.  HOwever, i'm not ready yet.  :(

OH AND I LOST 2 LBS this past week!  I'd rather it be more but oh well....
