So now that I know what is going on and it is being fixed opefully i will be back to myself enough to workout tonight.
I made german chocolate cupcakes last night. I got smart and started making chocolate things because I do not like chocolate lol
did good today. did not eat when i was not hungry which is one of my weaknesses.
Going to have dinner with a bumch of high school friends. I really am going to try hard to not eat bad...not sure what is going to be there.
ok i had a ton of veggies which was good, but then ended up finishing dd's pizza so i ended up eating a total of 3 pieces of pizza...not so good. today is a new day!
I had 2 slices f pizza for lunch and a BK big fish sandwhich and part of a medium fry for lunch. i have not had dinner yet. I also did a 10 minute "tank top ready" arm workout
Woo hoo! Down 2.6lbs this weeks weigh in! Finally I am back on track the last few weeks. Lets keep it this way Marisa! :)
