I have done 3 sets of 3 tens apiece.
Plan on going until I do 10 sets of 3 tens a piece.
Just finshed INSANITY Plyometric Cardio Circuit...
I just worked out for about an hour at home... walked for about 15 min on the treadmill-then did some heavy stuff on the weight machine for about 20-30 min, then did some pilates type stuff and stretching for a few, and another 5 min on the treadmill.
*I might go to zumba tonight...I'm thinking about it
Week 5 day 4 of Insanity! This si recovery week. I need to go lift weights too.
