10 min cardio warmup/cool down

I  have done 3 sets of 3 tens apiece.

Plan on going until I do 10 sets of 3 tens a piece.

Ballet (45minutes) , yoga (15 minutes) , still need to do crossfit kids. Maybe some sprints too. Feels like that kind of a day.

I just worked out for about an hour at home... walked for about 15 min on the treadmill-then did some heavy stuff on the weight machine for about 20-30 min, then did some pilates type stuff and stretching for a few, and another 5 min on the treadmill.

*I might go to zumba tonight...I'm thinking about it
