I keep it simple...cream of wheat made with almond milk... And a fruit.

I am going out for bunch with my DH for our 13th anniversary so I just had some cereal to hold me over but that sounds delicious!!!

3 scrambled egg whites, watermelon....I also had a cup of kid berry cereal. I was really hungry this morning lol

2 slices of 35 calorie bread, toasted made into a sandwich with 2 slices candian bacon, 2 egg whites, and a slice of skim milk cheese

I didn't like my breakfast this morning but I ate it anyways :/ Greek yogurt and half a grapefruit.

My Bfast yesterday was yummy: homemade waffles, one half with 2 tbsp peanut butter & crushed berries on top. It was good!
