What kind of exercising is she doing 6 days/week?  Makes a difference which equation we use.  =)

Okay, so BMR: 1646

1646 x 1.55 = 2551

2551 - 500 = 2051

To lose 1-2 lbs per week, she should consume 1646-2051 calories per day.
