Stay away from pills!!!!! They are dangerous, and don't offer permanent results (regardless of the claims). You're better off working on eating the right foods, portion sizes, and exercising. I know that portions were one of my biggest issues, and it's something I still struggle with 3 years later. But learning the difference between satisfied and stuffed was a huge breakthrough for me. I had to learn that stuffing myself wasn't good, and that satisfied feels much better. Eating frequently throughout the day to curb hunger, only eating when hungry (not bored!!), drinking plenty of water, and eating the right foods (I eat clean) made a huge difference. I've lost over 100 lbs. no pills or gimmicks. And no starving myself.
