I drink black coffee and I finish my 2nd cup about 45 minutes before I workout. My workouts are usually 1-3 hours long depending on my day and time. I drink at least 24-32 oz of water while working out, then when I get home another cup of coffee and of course about 64 more oz of water throughout the day.

I drink coffee in the morning and that's usually it. I typically workout within a few hours of drinking it though.
I am a big coffee junkie. Definitely required before my workouts!
