I am a "stress" eater, and the last few weeks have been very stressful so I fell off the weight loss wagon (gained back everything I lost plus a couple pounds), how can I learn to turn away from food in streesful times? Food has always been my saving ground and im ready to end the reltionship I have with food!

I've been over weight almost my entire life. Now I'm trying to change my poor habits and exercise because I don't want my child to be like me. How do you recommend a woman like me find help and support? I don't have the money to blow on a gym membership, honestly I would not keep up the membership. I need support and help with my constant hunger, something I have no control over.

How important is breakfast really?  Should I be eating it even though I'm not hungry?
