Are there any websites or blogs about getting started with weights? Like, lifting a bit heavier? So far, at home, I have 5 lb and 20 lb weights:) I have done some dead lifts with the 20 lb weights and what a difference in the way I feel after the work out and the next day!
Hoping to join the gym in the next month or so. I would love to read about how to get started and maybe some routines to go with.

One of my favorite fitness sites is Nerd Fitness and he's really into strength training and has quite a few articles about it. The link goes to one of them.
