100 squats from the squat challenge. I'm working today so if I get time later I'll do Leslie Sansone later

I cleaned the grout in my kitchen that was a pretty good work out down on my knees scrubbing lol and I walked around the mall with my kids for like an hour.  I am going to start exercizing every omorning m-f before I go to work I am going to try and do two ten minuet workouts.  I also want to start jogging and eventually running but it is too cold here (tennessee) right now:(

We walked about 3 miles and we hiked for about 45 minutes
