30 day shred!

I started doing the 30 day shred. I'm on day 6 but just wanted to know if it really works. Anyone else tried it? Did it work? Feel free to post before and after pictures :)

It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels. You exercise 25 minutes a day for 30 days. It has 3 different levels.

I did my day 4 workout tonight! I am super out of shape, so my legs have been killing me. But overall, I am really enjoying it.

I would love to see some before/after pics for motivation.

I made it to level 2 last spring before I fell off the exercise wagon.  I was using it alternating with my running so I wasn't doing it every day.  More like 2 times a week.  I was feeling stronger and let me tell you level 2 is.. uhm.. fun? lol! I am about to re-incorporate it into my cross training days
