The importance of eating breakfast EVERYDAY!

Do you eat breakfast everyday??  I hope you do!  Our Mom's were 100% right on this one, it really is the most important meal of the day!  There are so many health benefits to eating a balanced breakfast each day.

 

For breakfast today I had a Dannon Light & Fit Peach Yogurt, a serving of Fiber One 80 Chocolate Cereal, a banana and coffee.

 

What did you have for breakfast today?

Yes! I eat breakfast EVERYDAY :) usually two scrambled eggs with bell peppers, spinach or kale, onions and green Chile and then a piece of whatever fruit is on sale that week at the store (this week it's cuties) and a cup of green tea.

I don't like mornings, so naturally I don't like breakfast. This week however I have had breakfast everyday andhave found I have more energy to play with the kids when I eat breakfast so.... Go Breakfast!!!

Maybe coconut pancakes, by a very slim margin, LOL.

I always eat breakfast....most days it is whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a fruit of some sort along with water.

I don't eat breakfast. I have to be up several hours before I can eat. If I eat to early I am sick and miserable all day long. No one knows why. I have tried everything. From just some fruit to eggs and toast or cereal. I can't eat anything.

No. Wouldn't know how to make them. Never have. I could look it up. But I can't drink milk first thing. I can drink it later in the day after I have eaten something but I can't have it first.
