cinnamon cashews

These are so good. I like roasting my own nuts.

Oven 350 degrees

2 cups nuts (raw)
1tbsp coconut oil
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Sea salt

Toss it altogether, spred them on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes stirring them around once halfway through.

I love cashews and almonds, but I can only have them when my husband is out if town. He carries an epi pen for his allergies to tree nuts

He is out of town a lot :) lol but they make such a great afternoon pick me up snack.

They are the best in the late afternoon. I also love them before a race/long run and while hiking.
