I started back with the 30 day shred and I am having a issue with jumping jacks because every time I do them I pee a little ,so each jumping jack = pee and there are alot of jumping jacks :/  I am only 26 I shouldn't have this issue .... Anyone have this issue ? What do you do?

Yes! I have this issue and it is AWFUL! I never had this problem until I had my daughter. I've been trying to do kegals whenever I think about it, but really my only suggestion is to wear a panty liner.... :)

I have this issue too. I'm 29 and had my first a year ago. I just empty my bladder beforehand and wear a pad/panty liner. Sucks:(

How old are your kids? I had that for the first 5 or 6 months PP, but it has gone away now. My daughter is 16 months.

6 and 20 months . I have had the problem since I had my 6 yr old  and the dr said I can have my bladder raised when I'm done having kids so until then I have to find a way to deal with it I guess.

I had that after my first not so bad not except for the occasional sneeze gone wrong lol.

I set an alarm on my phone to rennet to do them when I was pregnant and I literally laughed my daughter out ANC the healing was so much better
