What are your goals this week? Fitness related or weight loss related...either one!
It's been such a crazy few months, but I'm glad to be back to my normal routine...last week was good and I'm ready for another good week! I'm starting a hybrid version of Insanity...just to get something else in a few days/week in addition to my running. Gotta mix it up!
Monday - Insanity & 4-5 mile run
Tuesday - Insanity
Wednesday - 6-8 mile run
Thursday - Body Conditioning Class & 4-5 mile run
Friday - Body Conditioning Class & 4-5 mile run
Saturday/Sunday - 6-8 mile run (one day will be a rest day)

Monday- Piyo and zumba
Tuesday-work out at home, weights, treadmill...maybe a belly dance video
Wednesday- hip hop cardio and maybe zumba in the morning
Thursday- pilates and latin fusion
Saturday- zumba then hip hop cardio
*I am hoping to get to 185 in the next couple of weeks (I was 187 Thursday morning)
Tomorrow- 4-5 mile run
Tuesday- 2 mile run+weights class+either step class or hit the treadmill for another 2 miles
Wednesday- 4.5 mile run
Thursday-3-4 mile run+ weights class
Friday-4.5 mile run
Saturday and Sunday- nothing much planned

Still working on the food. This week is spring break, and we're heading to Seattle for a few days on Wednesday, so my goal is to not go absolutely crazy while on vacay! I plan to get in some runs while I'm there, too, and to take advantage of the hotel gym.
I'm really enjoying a run before a swim- I want to keep that up! My new favorite activity combo! I did it years ago when I lost weight to go into the Navy (I was taking an evening swim course), and I enjoyed it then, too.

My goal this week is to take it slow, to warm up into some more challenging exercises. Doing a few little spins around my pole, or hanging off it for a few seconds just isn't going to cut it. I would like to be able to go for a nice walk every day, even if it means just a brisk walk up and down the stairs in my apartment building (if its too cold outside).
