I just finished my very first homemade WOD...25 minutes of sweating my butt off!  I took some exercises from a few websites and then added some of my own to include pushups, tricep dips, prisoner lunges, 100 kettlebell swings, 100 weighted squats, and clean and press.  

Afternoon run is next!

 I did my morning HIIT, I am supposed to be doing a mobility WOD and tabata right now but Im not lol.

In the afternoon I will do the crossfit WOD

I'm starting to train myself for a half Marathon. Today is day 1 and coincidentaly its a rest day.

4.25 mile run... probably do some burpees, etc in a bit though.. for kicks and giggles..

 well saturday and sunday i did week 1 of jillian michaels: ripped in 30, so today i doing 30 min yoga session to stretch myself out and be nice to my muscles lol
