Well, my gym time did not work out the way I wished it to....but....
1.5 mile run+ 30 minutes on the rower
Spartan WOD ( modified since I'm inside): In 25 minutes, I did 4 minutes of plank, 40 burpees ( totally for you Jess!), 80 body weight squats, 32 pull ups, 80 jumping lunges, and 120 pushups...There was also 5-8 25 yd bear crawls but since I'm inside I 86'd them... I also 86'd the run since I already did a very short run...<---gotta make up mileage tomorrow.
