#1 workout DVD?

If you had to choose, what would you say would be your #1 pick of workout DVDs? The one that really helped change your body?

-- I was in Target earlier and I was debating about a Jilian Michaels workout DVD. It was a toss up between "30 day shred" (which I've had before. I remember it being killer) and one specifically for the tummy -- "killer abs". I couldnt choose.

Jillian's Extreme Shed and Shred. It's freaking hard. And awesome :)

1 mom liked this

Insanity. I detest JM videos...they are too easy for me. I prefer crazy workouts like Insanity and Asylum.

Keep at it!  It's tough at first, but you'll get into it and once you see the results you'll be glad you stuck it out.

TurboFire - it keeps me going and motivated.  I get bored easily.
