what program are you using?  maybe some light cardio and light strength training.

Maybe chopping wood, depending on the intensity?  Were you hacking away at it?

Yeah. It's thick is most spots. Thanks for the tip. Now if I could remember to take my wedding ring off next time. I got a huge blood blister under my ring.
