Spartan WOD for today

Yeah.. I ran 5 miles and was thinking of doing it until I looked at it... Nope..nuh uh... not happening... not today sucker!!

Dynamic Warm up

5-300 Burpees- they are NUTS!!! 300?? I'm crazy, but not that crazy. LOL 
3x 1 minute of rocking
3x 1 minute of superman to banana
3x 1 minute of scorpion
20-100 Lunges
20-100 Backwards lunges

Stretching

I'll just be okay with a 5 mile run today...

Hahahaha!  I'm doing the one from 2 days ago today. 

Warm up:
Dynamic Warm-up
Jog 1-2 miles

Main Set:

100 jumping lunges
30 burpees
100 bodyweight squats
30 burpees
100 mountain climbers

Run 2-5 miles

Cool Down
Stretch

I saw those burpees today (after I'd already planned on today's workout) and was like, "Oh, okay, I'll just knock those right out."  Haha.  NOT.  Even the 2 sets of 30 make me nervous!

I did one on Monday..it was plank for 1 minute, 10 burpees, 20 bodyweight squats, 8 pull ups, 20 jumping lunges and 10-30 pushups.. 4 rounds with 30 second rest intervals..

I did not run since I had already run that morning and done 30 minutes on the rower.. I looked at the workout when I got home from the gym and was blank stare.....I knew I was not doing 300 burpees to save my life. LOL

LOL!  Yeah, no way!

Today's WOD didn't happen, unfortunately.  Since I'm unfamiliar with the area, I didn't realize my run wouldn't really be going by any parks (well, one, but by that time, I really needed to get back- my time estimate was also off), and it was all in business areas.  I was also surprised when I got outside and there were snow showers happening.  So wet grass wasn't sounding particularly good, either!

I did the 300 burpees challenge a year ago and its tough! I gave myself 24 hours to do 1000 recently and I deeply regretted it when I finished way to soon. I have to write this down in my WODs to do notebook :)
