Well I started Day 1 of Hip Hop Abs schedule. So my goal is to do them twice a day this week. Im hoping to lose 2 lbs this week.

I busted into the 120s last week at 129 so my goal is to stay! Lol

Continue on with insanity and run :)

Stay within my calories.
Here's my plan:
Monday: spinning or maybe rest day

Tuesday: strength and 3 mile run

Wednesday: cardio (or rest if I didn't rest on Monday)...spinning or a run most likely

Thursday: strength and 3 mile run

Friday: cardio...prob a run

Sat and sun probably nothing...visiting family for Easter.

My plan is to get started losing weight.  And to start a journal in this group, I love the idea of keeping one and hope that allowing others to read it will motivate me more.  :)

well, I would really like to hit 185 by next Sunday...been between 187 and 188 for 2 weeks *sigh*

I doubt it will happen, but I am hoping.

either way- I will do piyo and pilates this week and at least 6 hours of zumba classes as well as heavier weight stuff at home one day

You have to let me know how Hip Hop Abs is!  Easy? Moderate? or Difficult?  I really want to try it, but did not want to spend the money quite yet until I found out how the workout is. I think, you will reach your goal, if not more.

My goal for the week is to Drink more water (a lot more water)

To lose at least 2 lbs (if not more)

To workout using Leslie Sansone's Walk away the Pounds 4 Mile Super Challenge.  4 miles a day for at least 4 days!

To track what I eat and drink

I'm okay. Focusing on my food right now and insanity. Great combo! My miles have lessened but my body is changing again and I love it!!

Kids are keeping us super busy, but you know know how that goes!
