Might get some strength in this morning and then a run this afternoon.

Headed to the gym after I take the girls to school...probably run 4-5 miles broken up...I may run for about 20 minutes, take a class, and then finish out the run after the class...we'll see what my mood is..

I didn't do my run yesterday. .. so I will do it today. I also have my swings and mobility.

Not sure. Henry was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday. He's feeling much better but I'm still not ready to bring him to the gym child care room. So today may be my rest day instead of tomorrow. I think this week I'm going to have to go in the evenings after Nick comes home. Today he has a meeting though. That's fine I'll just change my strength days to Wednesday and Friday instead of Tuesday and Thursday :)

Tuesday means C25k.  Starting Week 2!  Then I'll walk for a bit to use up the hour of childcare I have to pay for ;)
