Any workout plans for today?
Might get some strength in this morning and then a run this afternoon.
Headed to the gym after I take the girls to school...probably run 4-5 miles broken up...I may run for about 20 minutes, take a class, and then finish out the run after the class...we'll see what my mood is..

Tuesday means C25k. Starting Week 2! Then I'll walk for a bit to use up the hour of childcare I have to pay for ;)
