Ended up doing a good hour of cardio. My clothes were drenched in sweat! I still need to find time for Pilates.

I usually do 2 levels of the 30DS when I do it too. :)

did some strength stuff at home (on the machine and with small weights as well) and in a bit I will go do zumba

total-1 hour 4o-45 min
