Or sore however you put it. My who body is super sore especially my arms and legs. I have been officially going to the gym for 3 weeks. I got on the scale and it said I lost 6 pounds

well, at least it's worth it! Take some ibuprofin and continue on ;)

*I'm sore and have been stuck for two weeks...
