counting calories and as of this morning I am down 53.5 lbs
I still eat "crap"- just not as much and it must fit in my claories for the day- if I want a cookie I have ONE ;)
Right now I'm just trying to stay away from the Cadbury Eggs! Haha
I try to just make sure I am eating correct portions and I try to make a well rounded dinner at least 5 nights a week. I use the leftovers for my lunches. Honestly I'm still battling cravings though. I have a sweet tooth now that I'm breastfeeding that I've never had before!
I also try to drink a LOT of water. I usually drink between 90-100oz a day.
Using MFP to count. It's been going pretty well. I don't have to count every day now to keep losing but I do try to do it most days.
I count calories (using myfitnesspal) and exercising.
Primal and counting calories. I've lost 32 lbs total, 15 of that since going Paleo/Primal in January.
I count calories... I am playing with my meal planning and choices. I am going to go Paleo eventually. I am down 36lbs.
