Am I not eating enough??

Here's what I've been eating lately. I just want to make sure it's ok.

Breakfast- three scrambled egg whites with spinach and mozzarella cheese and fruit.

Lunch- either a chicken wrap (spinach wrap, lettuce, cheese, lite southwest ranch, chicken) and veggies. Or a chicken salad.

Dinner- grilled chicken and veggies.

Snacks would normally be carrots and ranch.

so that's what? maybe 1000 calories for the day?

Do you count the calories in what you eat?- Do you work out or anything?

It sounds like not enough to me

I don't count my calories and I do workout- I usually do squats and a 20-30 min workout video. What more should I eat?

That wouldn't be enough for me. The meals sound great, but I personally would need more substance in my snacks. I'm not sure how your body works, but I'd end up fainting if all I had were carrots to last me until the next meal. I have to eat protein based snacks, like a hand full of nuts, peanut butter crackers, cheese stick and an orange/apple, apple slices and peanut butter, etc. Why not try mixing it up?
