breakfast receipe

I will admit that I am a carb addict and it is hard for me to go on diet without some carbs. My main thing is breakfast carb.I am fine if i can have a breakfast carb but I know that I need protein. So I found this receipe in Jillian Michaels book and it does not sound that great but I was going to try it so that I will have protein and carbs.It is lowfat vanilla yogurt mixed with cottage cheese and raw oats.You mix it up and put it in fridge and eat it the next day so oats can get soft and I love it and it does give me energy.Who knew  that  raw oats could taste good..lol
