Sure! I need your age, height, weight, whether you are BFing or not, and the # of days per week you workout.

I am having a hard time losing more!! I have lost 115lbs now and seem to have hit a plateau. I have kept the 115off for a year now and want to finish losing the last 100.

First off- way to go on your loss thus far!!

BMR: 1931

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 is for athletes): 1931*1.55=2993

To lose 1 lb per week: 2993-500=2493

Your ideal calorie range while working out 3-5 days per week is 1931-2493 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

That is incredible! Great job on your loss so far! When I hit plateaus, I find making sure I'm getting enough sleep helps and the biggest thing that helps me is drinking lots of water. I try to drink at least 120 oz of water a day.

Def great job. What are you doing as far as dieting? Are you eating certain foods? I've been taking skinny fiber for about month now and lost 10lbs, if you want more info let me know.
