I knew that prepping for my ACSM exam would be intense, but this webinar is killing me. I pretty much aced the first 2 practice tests, bombed last week's test and then got 70% on tonight's test. Kinesiology and resistance training ( how to build a program for a client) kicked my booty. The upside is that I know the muscles really well and most of the bones as well. It's the agonist, antagonist, synergist, concentric, eccentric that is making my head swim. I hope I can pass this test...although, I think I can ace it... I'm more worried about doing this in real life situations at this point. I'm terrified to come up with an actual training plan for someone at this point as a soon to be trainer. I'm more nervous about being a CPT than I thought I would be.. I *know* the information, but putting it into practice is a whole different kettle of fish.
