Can someone help me with my BMR?
I am 5'2"
199lbs
29
I work out a couple days a week.
I was hoping to lose about 1.5lbs-2 a week
Help!

BMR: 1675

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1675*1.375=2303

To lose 1 lb per week: 2303-500=1803

Your ideal calorie range while working out 1-3 days per week is 1675-1803 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
