You can do it! Make small goals.... aim for your first 10 lbs. It's less overwhelming and you get the satisfaction of reaching a goal quicker. Good luck!

I can understand that! I have about 140 pounds to lose and start and restart all the time. It's hard doing it on your own! I don't have any girlfriends to do it with . My sister lives 45 minutes away and is always really busy. My mom has always talked to me about my weight and about wondering if I'm gonna try and lose it so there's that too! PM me if you'd like to be weight loss buddies and maybe we could check in on each other with mini weigh-in and or/ encouragement every week!
