Help!!!!!

Im doing the 30 day squat challenge that had been floating aroung pinterest. But I ahve a concern about doing the 30 days andmy thigh muscles getting to big. Is this something I should realy be concered about or not?

Everyone's body responds differently... But I doubt it. I have bigger thighs and squats help slim and tone.

I did it the month of March and i don't notice my thighs any bigger

My thighs got smaller.  You're not body building, you're just using and toning those muscles.

Same with me.  My thighs just got toned and smaller.  You will love it!

Women are not genetically designed to bulk up without a concerted effort.  You'll be fine, mama!  More women SHOULD be doing strength moves.
