good luck with that. i dont like to depend my exercise on how popular i am for the day.

This is added fun to my workouts... For example on a leg day (I lift heavy and am up 230lbs for leg press) I had to do an additional 200 squats.

It's more for fun. I did this just to add in that extra little workout. Any work or is better than none :-)

Now that's a different approach. Would this have to be completed in one day? Knowing some of my friends they'd coax others to really get onto liking it to torture me with some high ridiculous amt lol. GL and I'm interested in knowing what the results are gonna be. If you're willing to share of course. You can count me for an extra like on both ;)
